It was founded by Israeli writer and editor Nir Yaniv in February 2000, and has been updated regularly ever since. It contains articles, stories, reviews, columns, news and various other kinds of content. The magazine can be viewed here. The society site includes, besides the magazine, three forums, a dynamic link library and several convention-dedicated sites.
